Meal Membership FAQs

Black bold text on muted pink background that says "3 complete dinners, 1 soup or salad, 1 treat. $175/week (serves 2) $300/week (serves 4)"

The night before your delivery, you will receive an email with a list of what’s included that week, printable heating instructions and information about that week’s featured ingredient or farm.

In short, no. The beauty of this membership is that it allows me to take advantage of what is currently in season and design a menu around that. Some weeks, I may not have a finalized menu until I see what is available or I may decide to make a change on the fly because the peaches look especially juicy one week. I compare this to a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box because those programs provide you a box of whatever produce is fresh on the farm that week. The benefit of this design is that you don’t need to make any decisions! Decision fatigue is exhausting and this is one way to alleviate some major mental labor each week. Plus, each week is like opening a surprise gift!

Each week, the membership includes 3 dinners, 1 salad or soup, and 1 treat. Each item is either 2 or 4 servings, depending on which membership you selected. It is meant to be flexible so that you can use the food how you like.

This is not an organic specific service. All food will be made from whole food ingredients and every week’s menu will include some ingredients from local (New England) farms and farmstands. Ingredients may or may not be organic depending on the sourcing for that particular week.

I consider each of the dinner items to be a full meal, whether that be a single dish or an entrée with side(s). The soup or salad and treats will always be great options for adding to the dinners as well.

After sign-up, your card will be automatically charged each Thursday for the follow week’s delivery.

You can pause cancel your membership at any time by emailing me by the Wednesday before the next delivery. Payments are non-refundable.

Meals are prepared in a commercially licensed kitchen that also uses ingredients with all major allergens. I am very careful to avoid cross contamination but can make no guarantees. If you have a major allergy, this may not be the right fit for you.

When selecting your track, you may select a Gluten-Free option (all items would then be Gluten-Free). Other special requests and menu changes cannot be accommodated in this program.

All food is prepared in a commercially licensed kitchen space with enhanced cleaning procedures in place, as well as requirements to wear masks when more than 1 person is in the kitchen. Additionally, I am fully vaccinated and boosted.

My exact service area is listed here but in general I service all of Boston, as far west as Weston, as far north-west as Burlington, as far north as Reading, and as far south as South Boston. If you have a question about delivery area, please contact me

All meals will be delivered on Tuesdays during business hours. I will text you when I am on my way to your home and will text again after I drop off the meals. If you will not be home, please leave out a cooler with ice for me to place your meals in.

All refrigerated items will be stored in a cooler during delivery. If you will not be home for delivery, I recommend placing a cooler somewhere accessible to me (with ice or ice packs in it) to keep your meals cold until you return home.

Meals will be packaged in disposable containers that are recyclable and/or compostable.

You may cancel your membership at any time and you may pause for up to two weeks by emailing me. If you wish to pause for longer than two weeks, I will have to move on to the next person on the waitlist. But you are always welcome to re-enter the waitlist at any time.
