Everything But the Turkey Thanksgiving Dinner Service

With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, let me take on the food prep burden so that you can focus on the main event – family, friends, relaxation, and, of course, the turkey!

This year I am offering a choice of one of the following homemade menus prepared between Monday, November 19 and Wednesday, November 21 (date dependent on location and availability). Detailed heating and serving instructions included with dishes.

Everything But the Turkey (Serves 8-10 people)

Menu A – $600

  • Butternut Squash and Caramelized Onion Galette
  • Herb Roasted Potatoes
  • Garlicky Charred Brussel Sprouts
  • Fennel and Arugula Salad with Tarragon Dressing
  • Sage and Cornbread Dressing (vegetarian option available) OR Sage and Sausage Dressing
  • Choice of 1 Dessert

 

Menu B – $600

  • Maple Roasted Root Vegetables
  • Mashed Potato Casserole
  • Stewed Green Beans with Bacon and Tomatoes (Vegetarian option available)
  • French Carrot Salad
  • Sage and Cornbread Dressing (vegetarian option available) OR Sage and Sausage Dressing
  • Choice of 1 Dessert

 

Dessert Options (Choose 1)

  • Pumpkin Tart with Spiced Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Tart with Tangy Whipped Cream
  • Brown Sugar Cookies
