Meal Membership
All payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so via your account or you can email me at sarah@twoknivesandapan.com by the Wednesday prior to your next delivery. If you would like to pause your deliveries (for example, while you go on vacation), please email me by the Wednesday prior to your next delivery.
Private Events and Cooking Classes
In order to hold the date of your event or private cooking class, a 20% deposit of your quote is required. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. If you wish to cancel your event, this deposit is non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificate sales are final.
Custom Meal Preparation
Payment is due at time of services and all payments are non-refundable.
