Join me for an online cooking class where you’ll cook alongside me to make three exciting vegetable side dishes.
Vegetable sides can often feel like an afterthought, but with the right techniques, they can be the star of the meal! In this class, we’ll cover 3 techniques for making bright and flavorful side dishes that can be applied to many different vegetables.
- Broiled Eggplant with Lime, Cilantro and Peanuts
- Green Beans with Caper-Shallot Vinaigrette
- Grated Carrot Salad Framework (I’ll give you some guidelines but you’ll get to experiment a little with this one!)
